Come and see us and don't put it off. We are very well equipped and qualified to diagnose and treat most eye problems without the need to involve your doctor or the hospital eye clinic in Colchester. We keep appointments available for emergencies, we're serious about your sight.
Yes we do. We are committed to high quality NHS eyecare and have been at the forefront of introducing new services since the 1980s. We hold several NHS contracts, we promise to provide you with NHS care where possible, otherwise we will offer you private care.
Yes we do. As independent practices we can offer all lens types and we keep up to date on the latest innovations. Contact lens care is provided by our optometrists so your contact lens appointments can be combined with your Sight Test to make it more convenient for you.
Yes you can. Our CarePlan is very flexible, you pay a monthly membership fee by DD then add any products you want us to supply on a regular basis, such as contact lenses. Or if you need regular clinic appointments to monitor your macula, or to treat your dry eye a bespoke plan is available for you. CarePlan members are entitled to 30% off complete new spectacles as well as 10% off ancillary items*. CarePlan is a modern way of providing you with the highest standards of clinical care paid for by a modest monthly fee.
If you're concerned we can see your child at any age but for a first routine Sight Test we recommend around the child's first birthday. At that age we have the equipment, expertise, and experience to detect developmental problems like lazy eyes, and treat them if required.
